Aconitum provides assassins, hitmen . . . KILLERS ALIKE with jobs, as well as accommodations within the cartel's MANOR. It means to help establish CLEAN TRANSACTIONS between clients and those they employ, as well as build a GREATER NETWORK within the underground business.
It is WELL-KNOWN across the globe; whispers of the cartel spread like WILDFIRE.
